Best Tasting Affordable Protien

I was just reading another thread about muscle milk and this got me to thinking, what is the best tasting affordable protien powder/ bar out here? I have never had the best luck with this, but then I never can justify forking over the cash for high priced stuff.

Complete Whey from Cytosport, Syntha-6 by BSN, and Probolic-SR from MHP are all my favorites.

Taste is subjective. I like bland protein powder mixed with Nestles Quik. There isn't a chocolate protein shake in the world better.

But I can't make banana flavor as good as Muscle Milk or Orange flavor as good as Big Blast.

Very affordable and tastes pretty good too.

Go with a multi-blend sustained release protein like......

Labrada Pro V60 or BSN Syntha 6 both under $26 for 3lbs

regular whey isolate protein is a thing of the past.

Whey a thing of the past? I have the best luck with it while at work and post workout. It seems to absorb much faster and i dont get the bloat. I need the fast absorption post workout. I am constantly trying to eat something every 2 -3 hours while at work. its hard because of my line of work so i keep some whey at work.

Is soy a good protein?
