best stack for losing waight

i got about 35 pound to lose and im looking at what would be best to help me on the way.

im 34 year old 5,10 and 240 pound and trained most of my life since being about 19 but i have had a break for about the last 12 month and im finding it very hard to stay motivated,i know people are going to say diet and cardio are the ways to go and i totally agree but its such a slow process when you got a lot to lose and when i push my self too hard to speed it up im getting injuries because of being so heavy.

what i was thinking was ostarine - 12.5 mg a day and s4 - 25 mg four times a week before each cardio session but does anyone know of anything to suppress the hunger to help with the diet and what's your opinions on this.

all my life i have had to battle with the fat im just struggling after letting it get out of hand so i don't need diet advise what i need to know(please) is what im planning the best solution or do you know better ?

Nothing about being fit comes easy or fast. If you think you're fucked up now, Wait till you start adding chems and drugs to the equation. I'm sorry but diet and cardio is the way to go here. Your heart and organs are strained enough.

If the weight is that much of an issue that you're getting injured trying to lose it, you need to do low impact cardio like walking or elipticles every day and go on a serious cal deficit with your diet. Carbs from greens and protein from lean sources. Healthy fats only. If your diet was on point the weight would start melting off of you. Get to a healthier weight then add in more intense cardio. Then maybe think about sarms

Learn how to eat properly and do more cardio, I would suggest running on a treadmill for low impact exercising. I run 3 to 4 days a week 2 miles per day and that is plenty. There is no magic pill or stack you can take. You have to dial your diet in to eat less and healthier and ramp up your cardio. The only way

i agree its all about eating rite and dedication but i don't want it to take 12 month to get where i wont to be, its hard to give advise if its not a problem for you i used to be the same but if you was going to go down that route how would you do it? im naturally a big man so i don't want to bulk up but strength and stamina would help e train harder.

Hi Dan

I think you're in a place we all find ourselves occasionally: unmotivated and disollutioned.

Let me hypothesize...

Imagine, a very good fortune teller you know and trust shows you a picture of yourself in 6-months time. In the picture you are 2 stone lighter, trim, narrow waist, and looking healthy and buff.
You ask the fortune teller, "how can that be? Is that really me in 6-months time, no kidding?"
The fortune teller says "Yes. It is definately you, and it is how you will look guranteed in just a few months time, but only if..."

Well, you know the rest. Basically, are you worried that you might invest time, sacrifice, and effort, only to be unimpressed with the results at the end? If you could be guaranteed to be 40Ibs lighter in a few months, would it make all the difference in motivation?

There's no getting away from the fact that results are hard to achieve. It does take sweat, tears, set-backs, and lots of effort to get to where you want to be. However, if you want it, you can get it. We're all basically the same as you. I have loads of doubts at times and wonder if I'm wasting my time. Then I turn it around and tell myself it is exactly this procrastination and doubt that is setting me back. Give it a shot!

Make some small adjustments to your diet, especially calorie intake. Don't worry too much about where your food comes from at the moment, and just eat less.
Make slow changes to your activity output and make sure it doesn't interfere with work and family commitments. Let it flow...

If you've been passed fit by the doctor, then make further increases in activity and intensity. At the same time make more reductions in food intake, but gently does it.
Look into the legal weightloss supplements on Mr Supps and NTBM. The guys can advise on the best weight loss options for you, of which there are loads.

Lastly...

Have you had a full blood panel done by your doctor recently?
I mean particularly focusing on hormones:

Free Testosterone
Total Testosterone
E2 (Oestriadol)
Follicle Stimulating Hormone
Leutinising Hormone
Prolactin
Progesterone
SHBG
Thyroid hormones etc.

It might be an idea to get these tested to ensure there's no hormonal problems that might be affecting your health.

Hope this helps! Good luck.

Craig

Good Post, Remember it's not easy BUT! You have to want it bad enough to succeed.
