best self tanner lotion

i hate being so pale and i hate the hastle of going tanning all the time...any of you have experiences with self tanning lotions?? not like a spray or a paint just like a product that you use like a lotion but it helps build a tan

I find the 'dark' version of Coppertone's 'Endless Summer' works quite well, available at most drug stores.

Its not -that- dark....
I find the 'medium' version is too weak to notice much. You can probably get this stuff for 10 bucks at any drug store. Give it a try, its pretty good, and readily available.

My mom uses that stuff. I think it looks like crap. Go to a tanning bed.

Jan Tana's Fast Tan is nice. It has an immediate bronzer to keep from missing any spots, and rinses right off (I leave it on for hours though to really let it soak in). The tanner part is still pretty natural & lasts for a few days. Longer if you don't have dry skin.

Actually, I'd say its probably just your mom that looks like crap. That said, no tanning lotion will ever look as natural as a tanning bed tan.
