Is this silly thread still going on? Protein is protein. Some, like casein, are slower released and some , like whey, are faster released so you can mix and match if you really want to fine tune things, but it isn't like one brand is better than another -- unless they use whey concentrate or soy which are cheaper substances and don;t have as good of a POV. Other than that, most ;protein comes from the same manufacturering plant. The companies just put their own label on it. So if you want to pay an extra 10 bucks for a Nitrotech label, be my guest.

Now when it comes to GEAR, that's a different story. GEAR has superplasma protein and that's a reseach chemical compound and it far exceeds any supplement or food source. It's in another league in regard to potential muscle growth. End of story. No more discussion. Not open for debate. It is the best protein source you can buy. The end.

I agree Nelson!

Also guys, there are some protein powders out there that actually put aminogen in there too. Check out Inner Armour nitro peak or casein. I always keep my eyes peeled for some kinda digestive enzyme in the protein blend to at least help alittle with absorption. But finding aminogen in something other than GEAR was AMAZING!
However, like Nelson said, GeAR is a whole nother wonder of a supplement. It's a combination of super-awesome-fell-from-heaven proteins and digestive enzymes in a pill. Each bottle of gear you finish, adds a new zip code to your muscles :-) ;-) :-)

I'm still not buying the Gear hype. For a dollar, you get about 2 grams of protein in gear. I think 20 grams of whey protein for the same price would be much more beneficial.

I like dymatize whey iso 100 . Chocolate and cookies n cream is Effin delish. I like gear also. But it's a pill not a treat. I like my tasty treats too

I use Syntha 6 vanilla... best tasting i've ever had and i also like that it has a blend of different proteins.... Plus it has carbs and fiber..
