hey guys I'm in week 2 of a sust cycle and have noticed that with my work schedule it is very hard to eat that amout I require and get enough protein. I know shakes aren't the way to be but is there a shake out there with a large amount of protein? I haven't done much research on them but how are weight gainers on days when you really can't get a break to eat and need the calories ( not every day of course ). But my main question is there a shake out there that will give me a big shot of protein when I don't get all I need in a day? Thanks guys.
 
Being on gear you definitively need lots of proteins

If you can also afford some carbs go for an MRP (N large2, Myoplex,....)

and of course, red meat and other real food source of P

I don't know much about the weight gainers like Nlarge 2...ect...but I know that they are loaded with cards. My rents were firm atkins supporters for years and it is burned into my brain that carbs are the enemy. Has anybody had any experience with weight gainers ( not all the time but when on the run )? I mean when theres no time for a quick meal.

Just mix up your protein powder with oatmeal, much better than nlarge or whatever else is out there.
