Best Place To Get Gear Sent To???

I dunno if this is a no no to the elite fitness board because of the feds and shit but I just found my first source that is legit that i can personally order from becasue i was using a friend who was getting gear, my prob is, where is the best place to get it sent to..I live a college could I get it sent there, I don't have a PO box, but if customs get it what are consquences for first time offenders I heard first timers you only get a letter and no actions are taken against you..Is that true..some feed back is greatly apprecitated..thanks

Well bro, the part about them not doing anything against you because of a first time is completely false. I don't know who told you that but I wouldn't listen to them anymore.

Aside from that, go get an MBE box. Also, confirm your source with a mod before ordering to ensure you don't get scammed.

What diff does it make if you got a PO Box or not. In my state, TX, you have to show proof of identification like driver's license, just to get a PO Box. So either way, they got your name and can still bust you. So why bother with the PO Box when you can have it delivered to your home? Same risks.

it has nothing to do with first time offenders .....
If customs intercepts a package that they think is illegal goods they put the package on hold and send you a letter saying your package has been seized and that you can appeal the decision and go pick it up ....from time to time they may actually open the package ...in this case they are looking for people who aren't paying taxes(duties) on things they should be ...but if they open the package and discover something illegal this is were it gets bad ....they can either just destroy it and you'll never know what happened to your package or they could send you a letter stating you violated federal law ...or worse case they could come knocking on your door

i'm in college too... i get it sent to a friends apartment that goes to another college... and then get it when we're home on breaks--sucks to have to wait but PO Box is too risky.
