Best over the counter duiretic? Pre-contest?

Looking into a duretic to use night before my show. Im not looking at anything extreme thats going to kill me. I hear if used correctly an OTC duiretic can be usefull. What do you guys use?

Show is friday...

Tuesday 3 gallons water
Wed 2 gallons water
Thursday--No water past 12pm (afternoon).
Friday---Morning show.

Take duiretic thursday night, friday morning.?

Im doing 2 shows that day. 5 hors in between each other. Should I take another duiretic between then?

this sounds strange, but when I had to be on a stool softener after my surgery, i had to take about 4 senecots (all natural laxitive) for about 3-4 months. No water bloat whatsoever, and my bp was great.. lol. There are plenty of diuretics you can buy at walgreens or cvs that will do the trick, but , what i have found to be true on myself, is that when i take them, i'm usually peeing all night long..but they do work..sit in the sauna room also

I used taraxatone with good result's,it's made by Cytodyne and is over the counter.

I've used taraxatone before and IMO it's the only OTC duiretic that actually works FAST

It does work really fast,it's not expensive either which is nice after you already spent most your money on a cycle.

Well, I have one that is two part. Fleets phosphasoda 45ml. It will clean out your colon at the same time as drying you out. Take 45 ml fleets with 8 oz juice and 2 liters water. It will suck all that water into your bowel along with the water that is superficially stored in your body. Set aside a whole day if your gonna do it though. It will flush out your colon with the water which also makes your colon more efficient seeing as how the average adult stores about 3-10 lbs (or more)of waste at any given time. Getting rid of this will make it more efficient at digestion also. This will also allow for you to get rid of excess water.

Or you could camp out in a sauna for a few hours.
