I would use Taraxatone. However if you want that shredded dry look you'll need something stronger. Taraxatone will ensure that you don't hold any water, but it doesn't pull water from beneath the skin like Aldactone or Lasix.

Whats better aldactone or lasix? I would like to do an extremely moderate amount of it. I knowit can be dangerious.

I have my guys use both. It's safer that way.

Sword, you need to use distilled water because there's no sodium in it.

plus... using distilled water is healthier because it leaches out undesirable mineral deposits from your joints, tissues and organs....

Aldactone is a synthetic form of the naturally occuring hormone in your body and it is k+ spareing. Lasix works great also. If you want lasix to work even better try to get your hands on some zaroxolyn 5mg 30 minutes before you take the lasix. the results will be unbelievable. Also if you are gonna take a diuretic like lasix take some K+. Example if you take 60mg lasix take about 20 mEq K+ (1500mg). Keep this in mind. It will not only help prevent those painful cramps but it will also help protect your heart from stopping.

I used taraxatone with good result's,it's made by Cytodyne and is over the counter.

I used that also and had good results!
