I had no idea this thread even started.....I appreciate everyone's encouragement so much
I went to this "combine" b/c I have been battling injuries since January so I have missed a lot of sheduled workouts and any other combines.
I pulled my other hamstring a few days out from this workout, but I decided that I needed to do something so I went ahead and got a shot of cortizone and a couple shots of lydocaine and went out there.
I could not run the 40 because I was still in a tremendous amount of pain...lol but I did do what I could:
height:6'3''
weight:320.5
bench: 36 reps
20 yard shuttle: 4.6 both directions (I am happy with the time considering the circumstances)
vertical: 33"
that was it....now it is just a question of getting healthy, and staying there, I really appreciate all the kind words here, thanks to all
