The reason I want to get leaner cuts of meat is I want to trim up. I am getting too fat
the healthiest parts of the animal are the organs, bone marrow and even skin. the muscle part of the animal (leanest parts) have the lowest amount of nutrition i'm sorry to say
people who buy a steak and just cut off the fat and bones and throw them away are clueless.

Eating fat doesn't make you fat. Eating processed foods in excess are what will do it. Some good meats would be grass fed beef, chicken, fish. Don't forget whole eggs too. Great source of protein and fat.
