Just made this thread so ppl can share fked up diets that ppl at gym or anywhere are following
. Well heres my contibution;
This one guy at my gym is determined to loose wheight and has some "friend" that helped him out ..anyway he eats whatever he wants from breakfast til training and before training he takes a pre workout shake.. then for the rest of the day he just drinks water. Thats right just water... No post workout nutrition when the body needs it the most and nothin until the next morning. I havnt seen any bodycomposition change in 2 months and the guy really belives it works... what a waste of muscle.
