i know im not the only one on this board that started out into BB by reading body for life... i read that book about 4 years ago now, and a lot of the stuff in that book is what people recommend still now as far as eating 6 times a day, getting a good amount of both protein and good carbohydrates in your body. I believe havign the mindset to change your body and being willing to take advice are two things that book really shows well.
