What else can i do?

I just realized instead of trying to go up a weight class, i should be trying to cut down to 181 and compete at that level.....

DEC 2, 2006 is competition date.
I got 4-5 weeks.

Im going to cut carbs out completely on non lifting days.(Except for breakfast)

But if im at lets say 185, what techinques for cutting water do you guys have?

I dont want to go to a steam room since alot of energy is expelled in there.

Diuretics? Interveinous diuretics? Sweat Suits?

Instead of competing at 198, im dropping down for 181 like i said. This is a great thing for me actually. I want some pics at the meet and i want to be shredded lol Plus no one at 181 AAPF is fucking with me! BUHAHA jk
 
You're not holding onto much fat broly.

I'd get calipered and see if you'd have to loose some muscle to make that happen :worried: Hopefully not... if not, Eat like a bird and HIIT your arse off.

Google "Peak week"... it's what competitors do to get rid of that last bit of H20 with water, carb, and sodium manipulation i think.

heh Sgt since it got cold ive been eating too much. Too much carbs and it finally cought up with me. 6pac covered up. So i know i got atleast 10lbs of some Fat to loose somewhere...
