I notice no difference whatsoever if I take creatine with water or with a dextrose drink. I've even taken that cell tech stuff that comes with pure dextrose and noticed absolutely no difference. I'm not really a responder though, I notice about a pound of weight gain and maybe an extra 5 pounds on major lifts. Some of my friends blow up on the stuff, I could never really figure it out. I was under the impressiong that the PureCEE stuff was alot better? No?
