why are the best bicep exercises that have worked for YOU? Everyone seems to be different.
As I said in my other topic, I didn't really bulk properly. So I don't really know what worked for me. my biceps definitely grew. They probably could have grown more.
once I am cut down I will measure them.
I started out with hammer curls, then 4 months I changed to straight barbell curls on one of those preloaded bars.
yes, I only do one bicep exercise because they get worked from other exercises as well since I am doing a full body routine.
someone said people with small wrists should do narrow grip barbell curls. I don't believe that lol.
