Hm, odd. I do look this stuff up all the time, and although I have only been training for just over a year, ive been training my abs for 6 years now and thought i knew alot about it
. And although i understand what you mean by there not being actual upper and lower abs, you can target the lower region more with certain exercises, and the same goes for the top.
