What do you think are the most effective ab exercises for the upper, lower abs, and obliques?? Hoping you guys have a few that I can add to my routine
. In my opinion they would be
Lower - Hanging Leg Raises, V-Ups, Captains chair
Upper - Weighted Crunches, V-Sits, Breathing techniques
Oblique - Medicine ball twists(on decline) .. and honestly i havne't found any REALLY good oblique exercises besides this one(other than adding twisting motions to some exercises)
Anyone else?
