Has anyone here competed in Michigan specifically on the bench press. I ask because I wish to do this next year and I find all the different leagues a bit overwhelming. Any help or advice would be appreciated. I have searched online and honestly if I am reading the results correctly I am a bit confused at how they rate. This would be the bench press only and not all three lifts for I have physical aspects that do not allow me to do the big 3.
