Ok, Ill start training lats twice a week. If I have the energy Ill do some on my regular bench day, if not then for shure on my other bench/mostly tricpes and lockout day, and of course on DL/Back day. Yea When I do BB rows, seems to put lots of pressure on my back? Maybe casue im pulling as fast as I can and the weight is mostly in front of my body far away from my legs (un-natural position)? Anyway will start training lats more often. Gotta put some new excercises together......
