stevesmi Head Mod Elite Moderator Apr 10, 2018 #4 yes I was doing 20+ reps at my peak. my max bench was 400+ but i ended up tearing up my shoulder in the process. be careful lifting heavy too often.. we tend to overtrain our shoulders too much the way splits are laid out.
