Actually, I'm thinking...maybe I could just ditch my current bench, or sell it to someone...and replace it with a powerrack. I'll look into it, actually!

I'll also go investigate on the bands.

Hmm, I don't have AIM on this comp, but I'm downloading it now...I'll have it in 5 minutes or so. My nick will be cncool7.

Actually, I can't get a squat rack due to the lack of space. But your previous link made me realize that I could simply REPLACE my current Bench with a power rack, as it's still perfect for benching+squatting.

It's too bad I'll have wasted some money on the bench initially....but it'll be worth it in the long run

BTW guys, any advice on assistance exercises and other training methods is still highly welcome.

if you buy the power rack your gonna need a bench too... the kmart one doesnt come w/ a bench unfortunately

That powerrack has a bench tho.....

Plus a pull-up station which would be useful and a dip station...all things for which I've had to improvise.

I can't get on AIM btw. Damn proxies. I'm gonna have to go digging into my settings.

i dont think that bench comes with that, the bench sells separate for about 100 or so... the powerrack has a lat attachment and a low pully attachment (pully curls, pull throughs...etc), but no bench..sry...

But look at the picture...I'm confused now.

The description mentions a bench also. If it doesn't have one, then that's definitely false advertising.

No use without a bench, because then I won't have enough space.
