Hi,
I'm 26 years old, 6' 200 lbs. I've been lifting on and off for a decade. Looking for quick reply on a cycle I've just started. I'm still new to PH's and I just want the most gains while limiting sides. Tried Super DMZ 3.0 and stopped after a week from wicked sides. So I'm going to stay with low dosing on this next cycle (Heard 300-600mg of 4andro & 20-30mg of msten, which I just don't think I can handle).
This is what is currently included in my cycle.
Msten
4Andro
Heard the appropriate dosing for these is 300-600mg of 4andro & 20-30mg of msten, but I just don't think I can handle this.
Also included:
Blockade
Fish Oil
Nolvadex(Post Cycle)
Post Cycle Support(Post Cycle)
This is what I'm currently thinking for my plan.
Days 1-5 -- 4MG of Msten, 50mg of 4Andro
Days 6-19 -- 8MG of Msten, 100mg of 4Andro
Days 20-28 -- 12MG of Msten, 150mg of 4Andro
Next 4 weeks.
Nolvadex 20/20/10/10
Post Cycle

Basically my question is, is it dumb to even do that first 5 days of just 1 pill of each. I just wanted to do that to really give my body a chance to feel the drug before slowing progressing to each step. Also, another reason is because I only have 1 bottle of 4AD at the moment and want to progress it to 3 pills a day. This current plan will hit it 60 pills which is what the bottle has. Would it be better of to just run both at 2 pills a day(8mg Msten, 100mg 4Andro) for 4 weeks instead of this progression that I have listed?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.
