I'm new to this, Dr got me Deca and Test. I'm 22 yrs old and was told no pct needed. What's recommend and what should I do. Looking for advice and cycle help.

Well I'd start by getting a new doctor, because he's a moron for telling to do do a test and deca cycle for your first cycle and not do a pct... All of this is just beggggging for a nasty shut down and a loss of everything you gain on cycle. Deca is one of, if not the most suppressive AAS there is. You will need an extensive and well planned PCT if you were to run this, not to mention the fact that this would need to be run for 18-20 weeks to see the full benefits.
Just run a test only cycle for 12-14 weeks for your first run and YES you will still need to do a pct!!
Test enanthate or cyp 500mg/week
Weeks 1-12 or 14
Arimidex .25mg eod
Or
Aromasin 6.25 or 12.5 Ed
PCT
Clomid/Nolva
Starting 2 weeks after last test injection
This is all you need for a first cycle, test base and an AI! Simple, effective, safe.
