ok.. this is a typical day for me...
8:30 am oatmeal and iced coffee with milk
12pm protein bar
2:30 pm grilled chicken over salad
5 pm protein bar
8pm turkey or tuna with broccoli

m tasti delite (like a fake frozen yogurt..90% water, no
sugar, 1 g fat and 14 carbs)
I do mix it up, but that is typically what I have been eating the past few weeks. I actually love the taste of protein bars..my secret is I freeze them and they taste alot better, I fool myself into thinking they are a candy bar
This diet is hard for me, since bread is my favorite food. I actually used to live on bread and fruit. I do have 2-3 beers a week. I tried having rum and diet coke, but it almost made me puke..
I am 5'6, 128lbs...I need to have my BF tested...the last time I did (a year ago) it was 22%..I weighed at least 135 and didnt have half the muscle I have now. So I am hoping it is lower.
I travel around ny, nj, pa and ct every week for business. I really try to stay on the diet, my bosses think I'm nuts for carrying around bars with me...but I could care less.
