Well, Im 16 and I was tired of being the fat kid so I decided to try the Atkins diet and it worked out well. I've lost about 45lbs in 5 months and I am feeling great. Here is a picture...
Also...Ive started going to the gym for about 1 1/2 months so I can start gaining some muscle. I lost A LOT of muscle while losing fat. I am really really weak al this point. The first two weeks I wouldnt even do bar without help. Now I've managed to do bar on my own. Ive also been taking some whey protein from proteinfactory.com. Im hoping thatll help me gain some muscle. I still have some more fat to lose. I am not sure exactly how to do it. If you guys want to post up some tips on getting me cut...go for it
great transformation...but as i suspected,the atkins diet ain't no long term diet...hence,being and feeling weak.jump onto "the zone" and continue to lift...you will balance out in time.
