Yeah, well... I have upped my post-workout cardio and been running instead of the bike and the stairmaster and I can tell some difference. But I am sure that all the junk food I took in for a week did not help the progress of my love handles. Oh well, just have to work harder! But I think it was well worth the enjoyment of snacking on fudge brownies, cookies, ice cream, etc.
So is this basically Crum's diet or what? I don't see too much fat in it at all... aren't you getting crazy carb and fat cravings? I know I would be...
