Well, the last two weeks is where I really lost the body fat. I only took in simple carbs post workout and when I got up in the morning to spike my insulin production. I used NYC/clen one week on/one week off at NYC 1tab 3x a day/clen 1tab 3x a day being sure not to take them after 3pm so I can sleep. Then the most important, diet. Lots of real food and only one protein shake a day.
This is what it looked like:
Breakfast: 7:30-8am
1 egg
3 egg whites
1/8 serving of jello
multi-vit
nyc or clen
10am
I packet of tuna
L-glutamine
12noon (lunch)
2 breast of chicken
2:30pm
2 pieces of multi-grain bread or whole wheat
lots of deli slices of turkey
l-glutamine
4pm workout
6pm-post workout
Protein shake
L-glutamine
multi-vit
1 small bottle of clear gatorade
8pm dinner
2 breast of chicken
10:30 bedtime
1 packet of tuna
