Calories, hmmm, Let's see, I'll tell you what I did, shhh, don't tell anyone, it wasn't real strict, since it was a "bulking" phase, all I did was, was made sure I got twice my weight in protein, I would up it each week since I just kept gaining weight. That's it.
My husband said he will take care of the rest when we get there, we are just trying to put on muscle right now, if a little fat comes a long with it, no problem, we will shred it later
I am wanting to compete in a fitness contest, but I want to cut down first to see what I got, then I will bulk up a little more, then cut down for the actual contest. Contest won't be until next year, so I have plenty of time to play around and see what works for me
It's funny, most of the girls in the gym think i am getting "BIG" and they are sitting there starving themselves and working out like crazy, I think if they would sit back, eat a butt load, and not worry about gaining some weight they would be okay. Last month or so, I was teaching a spinning class, and someone asked how much I weighed, and at the time I was weighing 131, and I said "131" and the girl responded "well, you sure don't look that fat" people are so uneducated about there bodies.
