Been lifting for 3 wekks lookin for some tips on way been eating and lifting

hey everone i am 23 year old i been back lifting for 3 weeks now have lifted back in school not just gettin back into it i way 227 pounds i workout 5 days a week i do chest tri'smonday shoulders bic tues weds do back and legs thurs chest tir tryin to do dumbells on 2nd lift ea week friday shoulders bic i do 10-15 mins walking /joging 4-5 times a week after workout i do abs 2 sets 20crunchs and do few around 4 more sets of orther things for abs my lifts i do 14-12-10-8 on sets goin up weight ea set i am 6'1 my diet i wake up eat 4-5 eggs with protien shake l8er on i eat 1 piece chicken and 1 fish both baked then l8er i eat some peantbutter not much but a lil i eat 2 apples aday and i eat fish and chicken l8er that nite again tryin to thorw some more veggies in there i take anywere from 150-190g protien aday. any clue till when i will start seeing more inprovements tyvm!!! i drink 2 protien shakes aday with milk. and workouts with weights last anywere from 40-50 minswith a friend i lift with

What improvements do you want see?
Are you looking specifically for strength gains; increased muscle mass; weight-loss?
What sort of body weight are you aiming for?

There's hardly any carbohydrates in your diet. I take it your target is general weight loss.

Welcome to the site bro, try using paragraphs and punctuation ....makes it easier for us to get all the details.

you will want to start eating more protein...150-190 g wont cut it.

without doing all the figures based on formulae - 50g per meal x 6 meals would be good .

concentrate on compound moves and dont waste time on cruches or any of that crap at the moment.
