How many grams of BCAA's and Glutamine should I take daily while in a caloric deficit?

I think glutamine is worthless. Your body produces enough and there is no added benefit to consume 10 g or so. To my knowledge I don't think there is any scientific evidence to support the use of glutamine, however there was a study in canada suggesting the consumption of glutamine did not aide in faster muscle recovery. If anyone knows otherwise. plz correct me.

THIS IS TRUE. Buying Glutamine is practically throwing your money away. You use so little of it, it's not worth it.

BCAA's are good but our new "GEAR" product is even batter. WAY better. The dosage will be similar to BCAA. 2-4 before and after a workout, and a few in-between meals or added to meals.
