Bastard Zone Diet

fuck the bars man, i found the best way to diet is have some foods that fill you up. like veggies and egg whites youi wont be starving, and will save alot of $ w/o the bars. if you want bars go to a candy store kuz thats all they are. snickers with a little more protien.
 
Naa, the Zone Bars are actually fairly good IMO although I do think they have a tad to much sugar. I use them as a literal meal replacement and 6 for 4.96 isn't bad on the pocket book at all. I'm a big fan of the current bar fad. What can I say ;).

Water mainly, although I do indulge in a diet pepsi here and there ;). If I feel froggy I'll make some Crystal Light about once a month.
 
your right man, we are all wrong, you have the perfect diet and will be ripped in 2 weeks max...keep up the good work:rolleyes:
 
How many raw veggies are you eating, and how much water are you drinking? I'm familiar with the Zone diet, it is better than most. 2000 calories is a bit low unless you are like 150 ibs.
 
gettin back to your question on why you think you may have gained weight .. were you bulking before switching to this diet? cus i know a lot of people who were on a bulking diet, and immediately went into a caloric defict, and what basically happened was they stored some more fat. makes sense, you're giving your body all this food, then suddenly when you cut it off, its going to store as much fat as possible, to "stay alive".
