Basketball Diet

So I am 5'7" and I want to be able to dunk a basketball. The help I need is with a diet. I want to get ripped too. Like six pack and abs along with the leg strength I need. Can anyone recommend a diet for me? I like to have my meals planned out daily. I work best with a standard routine. I used to be heavy into weight lifting but I want to switch it up a little bit. Can anyone help me out?

It's kind of hard to give advise to that.

You want to dunk a basketball... Okay you need to do box jumps, squats, lunges, and some calf raises

There isn't a one size fits all when it comes to diet, and frankly you didn't give enough information. You are 5'7, how much do you currently weigh? What is your body fat percentage and what is your age.

Building strength usually requires an increase in calories getting a 6 pack usually requires a calorie deficient. Choose one the options will be easier once you answer my questions.

^+1 do some work your self and at least tell us what your diet is now. and a diet isnt going to make you dunk a basketball lol

If you're 5'7" and Caucasian you'll never be able to dunk. If you want to to get a better vertical then you need to do alot of jump rope, high jumps, and you can also buy the strength shoes that keep your heels off the ground.

That's not entirely true everyone is capable at doing something if the apply there self. I'm 5'9 and I can dunk my friend who is 5'5 or 6 can touch the rim and he is white.

I do agree with the shoes and they are called jump soles they burn your calfs like a fucking bitch and also work your tibialis

Pack your diet full of grasshoppers.. it adds a few inches to your vertical over time

I am 26 and I currently weigh around 165. I don't know my body fat percentage. I want to have the lean style body instead of being big and bulky like I am used to. I can gain and lose weight very easily depending on what I eat. Right now I pretty much just eat garbage. I been trying to cut back any sugars lately though. I am trying to get into the habit of drinking a lot of water again too.
