Ive been training with bands once a week for 2 weeks straight and taking 2 off before doing it again.My question is should i be doing board presses for those 2 weeks i take off from using bands or use chains?and how far of my chest are the boards supposed to come?
i try to do high boards whenever im feeling good. if i do them too often then i dont recover fast enough. but i get alot of my bench from board presses so i like to do them often for accesory. youve got to learn to listen to your body.
I never could figure out what chains are used for? Like why would you put the on the ends of the bar when you do a squat? Anybody want to shed some light for me?
