Bananas OK?

Are you cutting for YOU, for a show? A shoot? B/C you wanna look good nekkid?

I think it would be completely acceptable as long as it fits in your meal plan ... I'd have to take a look at what else you were eating & goals, but I say YES, it's fine. :chomp:

Hopefully a year from now, a show...but the nekkid thing is always nice. Right now this is what my diet looks like at a high level.

7am
Myoplex, scoop of whey, 2tbsp natty pb, strawberries all blended together

10am
6 egg whites (usally one yolk)
1/2 cup oats with banana

1pm
8oz chicken
1/2 cup brown rice

4pm
Chicken, turkey or round steak 8 oz
1 cup broccoli

Workout
Right after work out gatorade
Myoplex shake again

7-8 Pm (depends on the day)
8oz tilapia with salsa
baked sweet potato

9-10 (not every night, just when I get hungry)
1/2 cup cottage cheese
 
Looks darn tasty to me :) ... what do you think about adding more healthy fats to the diet?

Fatty Fish, Udo's, Fish/Flax Oil, Almonds, walnuts, avocado, etc.

Know your macros on this? Cals?

As far as i know there is nothing wrong with adding bananna's. I know they are a good source of potassium and they certainly make bland oatmeal taste better.

Yum, Im hungry now lol

One of the supps I take (Universal Animal Pak) has all of my fats in it already. The fish I eat every day also adds on. I am not a huge salmon fan, but might add some cod in. I do eat almonds.

I think I might change the cottage cheese to ANPB before bed. I have seen mixed reviews on flax lately. Especially when on cycle.
