I think it would be completely acceptable as long as it fits in your meal plan ... I'd have to take a look at what else you were eating & goals, but I say YES, it's fine.

As far as i know there is nothing wrong with adding bananna's. I know they are a good source of potassium and they certainly make bland oatmeal taste better.
One of the supps I take (Universal Animal Pak) has all of my fats in it already. The fish I eat every day also adds on. I am not a huge salmon fan, but might add some cod in. I do eat almonds.
I think I might change the cottage cheese to ANPB before bed. I have seen mixed reviews on flax lately. Especially when on cycle.
