Easy and Very Delicious, Plus is Healthy!
Cook some brown rice and set it aside.
Heat the oven to 350 then prepare your ingredient
Ingredient:
1 pound of boneless chicken breast ( cut thinly into strip), olive oil, 3 garlic ( minced), diced tomatoes or you can use can diced tomatoes ( make sure no salt added " del monte" is a good brand), spinach (in the salad bar not the frozen kind) and a good balsamic vinegar.
ON a baking pan place the boneless chicken breast and drizzle each one with a bit of olive oil ( this would prevent it to burn and cook evenly) bake it about 20 minutes
Once the chicken is cook..
heat a pan and pour some olive oil. Wait till its warm then put the mince garlic. When is slightly brown place the already wash spinach. Cook it for about 3 minutes then place it over some paper towel to drain the excess oil. Then on the same pan where you cook the spinach pour 2 tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar and 1/3 cup of diced tomatoes. Wait till it boil and all the tomatoes melt.
Get a baking dish or a Serving Plate Pour some of the cook brown rice then on top of it put the spinach then the chicken then pour it with the balsamic vinegar tomato sauce.
