I noticed my fish has allot of fat so I usually only eat them on low carb days since my fats is suppose to be higher on those days
but when I scale my fish I count them as protein than scale almonds for my fats
am I doing this wrong?
should I stick to boiled chicken breasts and cans of tuna in water to make sure am getting all my fats from the almonds?
