No worries on injuries. If there's one thing I don't do.. Is use too much weight to lose any kind of form.

Thanks guys. I was upping my weights every workout so I think I hit a stall point on the new routine. Just gotta break through it. I still am noticing my body leaning out more... Pants are fitting looser. Ooh we're past the fifth so I'll get new measurements.

I couldn't go my am cardio past two days on the account that my legs have not been working. will be good for tomorrow though.
 
Lol. It'd funny my wife came in last night when I was mid stretching in the tub. Haha. Thank god it's a large tub cuz if I couldn't soak it would be days before I would recover. I think that Epsom salt really helped a lot. Thank god I got a lot of it! :D
 
Epsom salt definitely soothes muscle. Twice a week soak is ideal. Glad you can do that to heal up fast, LG. no one near me has a big tub. So I only get to soak in the hot tub at the gym every so often. Maybe I'll smuggle some Epsom salt in.. Heh

My bis were the most pumped I've ever felt them. Skin tearing it seemed.. but sadly it didn't look all that impressive with no defintion. Tris were great and pumped too.. I couldn't reach up to my ears to adjust my earphones.. people were looking at me funny if I was trying to switch a song on my armband cause I couldn't reach across my body to touch the screen on my other arm. Felt good about todays workout.

Oh yeah.. I weight 255 again.. wtf? Man I wish I could get BF tested to make sure I'm going the right direction..

I might go into a carb cycling diet soon, I'm kind of fed up being fat and that's the only way I know how to melt it off. We'll see.. bleah.

carb cycling is an excellent way to drop fat.....or maybe cut a little out of that arm workout and throw in some hiit cardio at the end, a little too much for arms imo. Try some incline windsprints with db work mixed in

Biceps are a small muscle group and they do get stiimulation elswhere too. Just pat attetion to over training bro.

I haven't measured yet. But they feel tighter and quads are coming out more. Also my dress pants are fitting a lot better around the thighs. I take it as a good sign. My love handles still suck ass.

My chest is already sore from yesterday as well as my tris a bit. Feeling good. Shoulders and traps today in a couple hours. Love it.

I like it on the elliptical. Real easy on my knees but I still go all out, make no mistake. I'm leaning over the machine gasping for air after each sprint.. I really like doing quick HIIT sessions. That and stairs and I'm thinking the fat will keep coming off. 6 more weeks or something like that? I gotta bust my ass I I want any abs this time. Sub 15% would be awesome. :)
 
Oh yeah so I remember it's your fault that I couldn't walk wed morning lmao;) I took a leaf outa your book and done the stepper thing @ my gym it near killed me lmao when I got off my legs where like jelly and when I was talking to the instructor she said on yeah the setting work backwards 1 hardest 10 easy I was on level 3 for 20 minutes and the next day I was walking like John Wayne!! Haha. Going to try again this wk ;)

The little bouncy one you mean? There's the speed bag and the floor to ceiling ball. :) both good cardio but heavy bag is where you can push yourself the most.

Spinning class 1 hr.. umm.. wow? drenched in sweat.. did maybe like 1000 squats total on a bike while spinning? There wasn't a dry spot on my shirt.. it made me feel disgusting.. my shirt probably weighed about 5 pounds from all the sweat. Talk about a quad and calf workout.. ouch.

Yeah.. my elbows are super stiff, felt like bone on bone of those tricep ext. I could of went way higher but elbows were killing me.

Looks like my shirt after kickboxing. :) I can usually find a small dry patch right at the bottom along the hem where it overlaps the top of the trousers. :D

I'm feeling like shit? I STILL have a sore throat for like, 3 weeks straight? Remember last time I mentioned it? I'm really achey today, and have a dull headache? Odd it keeps happening. I had a full blown migraine saturday. Blood pressure maybe? I'm taking N2Guard. Bleah, just sucks having this nagging weird feeling all day like I'm not 100%. Hmm.

Rest day today, thank goodness, but I think the wife and I might go do a kickboxing class at the gym for 45 mins.

My legs are dead today, that spinning class whooped me good.

Oh yeah, and I slept like SHIT. I felt exhausted and ready for bed, got in bed.. then tossed and turned for 2 hours.. fell asleep, then woke up about 6 seperate times, still tossing and turning. UGH. I think the dull headache is partly from lack of good sleep. I even double dosed my sleeping aids and still didn't sleep well.

Anyone have some homemade 'make you feel super good and full of energy' remedies? I'm ready to try everything...

I get to see my chiro next weekend.. So that makes me happy, but I need to find a chiro around here that's cheap without insurance.

Stay off it and see how you feel. As long as you dont get any gyno your g2g. (itchy, puffy, sensitive nipps)

Go to Walgreens and get your own BP cuff bro. They arent that expensive and then you have a good one to use whenever your on cycle. Those in store ones are a joke, never in calibration.
I am thinking that you are have sides from the tren or test, but most likely the tren. So your choice is do the best you can with it or go off. Sorry man thats just the way it is and I know it sucks.
But this seems to be consistent from cycle to cycle for you.

Beleive it or not something that works for me is a cup of plaine black tea. IDK why but it does. Sleep is an issue that most bros on cycle face. Sorry not to have any real help for you here bro.

I don't remember feeling this shitty last year on Tren.. I'm only going 50mg more than last year a week. I'm taking caber 1mg a week. I had some insomnia, but nothing seems like this. I'll back down to 350mg a week.. 100mg EOD and see if things improve. I really think its kind of an exhaustion nagging headache I've got.. when I take naps I feel like shit afterwords, this weird feeling in the back of my head.

I'll find a BP cuff and see where I'm at.

I had a very similar experience with Deca last year in the throat and headache part went on five weeks it got so bad that my airways started to close. As soon as I stopped Deca I noticed it starting to improve it was a nasty experience enough that I wouldn't touch Deca again.

i wouldnt be surprised if it was from that little bit of extra tren... could be the caber too... though im not gyno prone so i dont use it, just have some bromo on hand and that shit made me vomit the one time i took half a tab...

i just use the do it yourself bp machine inside rite-aid... i take it about 5 times and use the average, but ive always been perfect there...

I do have a cold or something fierce going on though, and it just yesterday developed. Fever, achey, sore throat worse than ever, bones feel brittle (fever symptom). I'm wondering if it took that long to finally develop after my sore throat, cause every morning for 3 weeks it's been sore, but nothing more than that!

Today waking up my throat is still horrible, and I feel a bit achey still, but not like last night. ugh, was awful.

I'll monitor everything and see what happens in the next day or two. It's chest day today and if I still feel as good as I do right now, I don't see a reason not to work out. If it gets worser than this though, I'll have to take a rest day.

I'll go to rite-aid and pick me up a BP monitor today. Have a good day, everyone!

I tried to just do a burnout on the chest press machine, but after I couldn't push more than 40 pounds (seriously) I decided I was already burned out, lol.

Elliptical 15 mins resistance lvl 14. Good sweat.

So yeah.. umm? WTF is going on.. I weight 251ish still.. but my strength has been slowly decreasing.. I'm not at a huge calorie deficit.. I'm not counting exact, but if anything I'm about 2750 cals a day, and my bmr is around 3000+. I'm not carb restricting a ton.. I still get about 150g a day in.. so I don't know why I'm getting weaker.. especially when taking tren?? lol.. lame. Could it just be too low of estrogen and the weak joints at the moment taking its toll? My shoulders felt dry too.

Should I do a deload week or switch it up for a week and do high intensity instead of high volume? Suggestions, I'm open to anything. I'm freaking frustrated.
 
overtraining and undereating comes to mind...I'm only 5'8" and sitting around 172-174 ish and was eating almost that much and still losing weight, and that was up until last week when I dropped my carb intake to 70g/ed and i'm still getting stronger and leaner and i've carb loaded once and it def wasn't a clean carb load lol. Drop your volume down a notch or cut back some on the cardio and increase your calorie intake for a couple days and let your body recover and I guarantee you will feel better and stronger then switch to carb cycling. Sleep could also be an issue cut back your tren dose, its not gonna do you any good if youre not sleeping and your body isn't getting the rest it needs then youre just hustling backwards. This is what I would do but you know your body best.....good luck

Very true on the sleep too, but I will note thay the last two nights I've slept a lot sounder. Still wake up a few times to pee but when I sleep I've been sleeping deep.

I'll carb up a bit. Take a rest day today and hit it hard tomorrow.

Back

So I took a bit longer break than I thought.. but I kind of think I needed it. I'm not going as high as volume in sets, but I'm going heavier.. I think my body responds better to high intensity, failure and dropsets, cause I didn't feel growth that much the past 5 weeks, and I know it takes a while.. but before this I was getting some pretty big results from my previous training method and it was quick. My delts have shrunk as well as my arms, I'll get measurements since it's the half-way mark now.

7 min elliptical WU.

So all in all, I felt GREAT on this workout, and I like my numbers, and I felt my lats explode. Like my arms are slightly forward cause my lats are in the way to keep them exactly at my side? :D

I also weighed 244 today.. and umm. wtf? From 3 days of no training and carb loading I lost 7 pounds? Hah, crazy? I don't look feel any less fat honestly, so I sure hope it wasn't muscle.. I didn't feel very weak today on the weights, but it is different not doing so much volume. I'll have to take pics too since we're midway, but seriously.. I don't look a lick different in my serious opinion, I weighed 260 at the start, but I really don't see much different from 16 pounds less at the moment. In fact, I feel smaller and not as muscular. I'm my own worst critic, but I'm really being serious.
 
Also I've decided to go low carb during the week, probably 100g or less. then do carb loads every weekend. Unless someone thinks I should do it more often? Some say every 3 days or so, but that's with like. no carb whatsoever right? I figure 100g won't make me seriously weak or tired, It'll mostly be pre-post workout, and then do around 500-600g on saturday/sunday. Thoughts on this guys?
 
If I were you and you really wanted to benefit from carb manipulation I would do 50g in the am then nothing the rest of the day but say leafy greens and do that for 10 days before carb load (which would be for half a day and simple carbs and no fats). So you would look to consume approx 400-500carbs in that window of time and then drop them again for 10 days, you will enjoy the benefits my friend. Going to take some time getting used to it at first but you will be good to go. During the days with no carbs basically keep protein intake about 2g per body weight and then the rest of your caloric needs from healthy fats. Basically you will be doing keto but you can seriously benefit from it I think.
 
Bader dont worry too much about shrinkage, I always worry my chest seems to be deflating when I start dropping fat, it's cos I get flabby pecs (apparently its common with British men, something about too much warm beer....) as you drop fat you will lose size cos the fat is no longer there to bulk it up.

On another note, what you're saying about your bod responding better to high intensity, that fits your blood type profile. According to mine I should be doing yoga! Not weightlifting and kickboxing...

Personally your biggest meal should be breakfast keep carb loading moderate up until after 1 pm ,try that and see hoe its works ,it's all trial & error!

Mmm love me a big ole breakfast. I pretty much eat whatever I want for breakfast and try to limit carbs in the afternoon. Evening meal is pretty much always lean meat (fish these days) and green veggies.

I guess I get to remind myself that I'm no wanting to lose any of the muscle I've gained. So cutting purely is out of the question. Even if I don't lose a ton of fat during the contest. Lean bulking...

Got a busy day today! Though I'll have my workout in the evening and also doing a spinning class again. I kind of like it. And my legs get tortured. :)

As of right now my back is sore from yesterday. Traps are sore from today. And I can barely walk or go upstairs from the spinning class. Love it

Good improvement, morning cardio would make a huge difference, i know everyone hates it but the rewards reap the benefits!
