bad joint problems

getting bad joint and or tendon pains in elbow. need advice

test tren cycle w arimidex, fish oil, glucossamine, b6
 
I can think of many things it may be. Whats your lifting history and did the joint pain just start with the cycle?

Low potassium.
vit K deficient resulting in calcification of soft tissue.
vit A : D ratio out of whack. Lack of magnesium.
lack of vit C and lysine

lift heavy. bis almost everyday. plus i work oilfield.

eat bananas and take multivitamins often.

thinkin of adding a little deca ffor joints... but tendons especially in y left elbow feels shitty. like i threw it out

Sometimes my elbows get sore if I work bi's too much, don't train them every day man, skull crushers will do it to me too occasionally

That could possibly be too much AI for 300mg test. Blood work would let you know for sure.
 
i love skullcrushers bro. ill cut back i guess but i feel like ivan do them everyday.

ill also cut back on liquidex. ill go .25 eod.

still problems ill add some deca. advice on how much? id wanna go as low as possible w the deca... only to use for joints
