Bad Cramps!!!

Well here it is as described I have been getting some bad cramps the past few days. I yawned the other day and the back of my next cramped. I was doing DB press yesterday and I didnt get a perfect mount on the bench when i leaned back but i didnt want to stop so i was using a wide leg positon to keep balance and my hip flexors cramped up. AND THE WORST ONE OF ALL.
Last night while getting it on my bottom two abs locked up. My bottom abs were bulging out more then my top abs.

I am hydrated i am drinking at least a gallon of water ED.

Currently I am on wk 4 of my cycle up 16lbs and finishing up my run of D-bol. Could it be the D-bol at 45mg ED. I was going to run it 5wks until i totally feel the D3ca kicked it but i might drop it now.

Anyone think adding some some coral calcium and magnesium to my diet help with the cramps?

Only reason why Im asking is im am baffled because i have ran d-bol before and I have run all the other compounds im on at higher doses before. Everyone knows my "experience" here. Granted this is my return cycle after surgery..had about 1.5 years off the sauce.

What do you guys think??

pshh I wish I knew the answer to that bro, Im on a totally diff cycle and im gettin bad cramps in my fore arms, so bad that after doing curls I cant even let the bar go for like 30secs till the cramps go away...my forearms just lock up, its painful, but thats theonly spot ive been gettin em...if you figure out a solution let me know...

Well sometimes the top of my forarms cramp up and i can deal with that when working out. Its saying you have so much blood in there your at an extreme pump.

But this is out of control...Yawning...lol

I know we would take calcium and mag when cramping on stage due to dehydration Wonder if it will work for this

Same thing happend to me when I ran d-bol. About week 4 I started cramping up. I also thought that I was drinking enough water. About a gallon and 1/2 a day.

My worst was doing it on the bed then my guad and iner thigh cramped up. I thru my self on the floor and just started stretching and screaming. It was soooo painful I stayed on the floor for a good 10 minutes b4 I could get back up. I thought my quad was going to tear.

The next day I doubled my water intake and started taking potasium pills. Cleared it right up and continued the d-bol through week 6.

D-bol makes your body need allot of water. I was drinking about 2 1/2 gallons of water a day after that last cramp. Get used to taking a piss every hour and waking up in the middle of the night to pee once or twice.
