Rack Deadlifts (knee level) 405 - 5X5*
Bent Over Bar Rows (wide) 225 - 2X10
Farmers Walk (100 Feet) 120 - 3X100 feet!*
Face Pulls 100 - 1X30

Gym did not have any dumbells over 120 :( My first time doing these. I know my whole body is going to grow from them over time!

The rack deads were easy. My grip began failing in the third set third rep. Time to work on grip. :)

Keep up the good work, I have been bringing powder to the gym lately to help with my grip...
 
Are you squeezing the bar as hard as you can on all your lifts Hammer? If not try it...it will help your dl.

I did farmers walk with kettlebells on my tip toes today, I wanted to cry...ouch

Nice dude! Yea man I definitely squeeze the shit out of everything that I grip. I just need to work on my grip.
