Rack Deadlifts (knee level) 405 - 5X5*
Bent Over Bar Rows (wide) 225 - 2X10
Farmers Walk (100 Feet) 120 - 3X100 feet!*
Face Pulls 100 - 1X30
* denotes PR.
Gym did not have any dumbells over 120
My first time doing these. I know my whole body is going to grow from them over time!
The rack deads were easy. My grip began failing in the third set third rep. Time to work on grip.
