BACK TO LIFE: Back to bulking

Nice quads. Are you doing the DFHT for bulking also? Also what kind of diet do you plan on using for your clean bulking cycle?

I started out doing the DFHT at the beginning.. but to be honest.. I'm kind of bored with it... It is VERY time consuming... I might try it again in a few months... but for now.. I kind of need a break from it... I really like the concept of periodized workouts though and am going to be coming up with something for myself in the next couple of days... Since I have a knee problem it will probably be 3 upper body days a week, and 1 very short/limited lower body extreme stretching and small amounts of weight...

I plan on lifing each upper body part 2x a week..
SO like this is a rough sketch.. I'm thinkin this up as I go.. so bare with me

Mon - Chest dominant +upper back + bis
Wed - Shoulders dominant + Abs + Minor lower back,
Fri - Back Dominant, Chest minor, bis, tris, rotators
Sat - Ham stretches, IT band stretches, Minor VMO work, abs


I don't intend on going to failure on anything, other than a 10 rep negative set on biceps every monday... This will be VERY hard on the CNS.... hoping my bis and my cns will be recovered by friday for a little more minor work... But I really need to work on my biceps... my arms fluctuate between about 15 1/2 to 16 1/4.... They are definitely lagging behind some other parts... Also, my chest is REALLY lagging as well... Strength wise my chest is very relative.. but size wise it blows..

I really hate neglecting my legs... but in order for me to EVER be able to work them again, and live a life without rediculous pain in my knee.. i think its in my best interest to try to rehab them..

I also plan on periodizing this... We'll see how it goes.. if the routine doesnt give me good returns I'll toss it out and try dog crapp... but i'm pretty confident in my ability to design a routine... :P

Umm.. in terms of diet... to be honest... I'm kind of going louden swain style... I'm just packing the food down.. I'm trying to avoid sugarry stuff, also avoiding excessive carbs unless there is a good whack of protein coming in.. but overall my biggest goal right now is just intake more food than i need... good foods... lots of burgers, lots of chicken, lots of wraps.. I dont drink pop or anything like that...
But we'll see.. I'm sure I'll post some new pictures in a few months when I'm nice and plump.. I've already gained a good whack of weight and my abs are almost completely hidden.. lol
I'm sitting around 185 dehydrated on an empty stomach.. so i should be around 190 with some water and breakfast in me...
