Just for the record.. my right knee is totally fucked and I've been limited to light weight leg extensions as my IT BAND and hamstrings are both way too tight causing tracking problems on my knee... I'm been stretching daily for about 2 months.. and still nothing...
Im hoping by september I can have my knees ready to go back to hardcore squatting
how much do you weigh? and how much weight have you gained. i like your diet. simple and easy, cept i like chicken breasts too much...i'd have to sub thos in...instead of turkey slices.
i weigh 150 i ahve gained 40 lbs since january!! i have 7 % bf ye i eat chicken,steak,1 lb oh serloin burger or something for dinner so i eat turkey for lunch it has more protein in it any ways!! but thats up to you!! try it out for a little while!!

after saturday's contest, i'll probably start something real similar to that but w/few more calories due to the slight difference in bw but i like it and i need to put on bout 20-25lb bw now and jan. Cant wait to start putting on some more weight
ye im thinking about upping mine to!!! taking in about 5000 a day and im taking iy up 2 6000 or more because i go to the pool all day long!! But hey man good luck w/ your contest and with bulking hope u meet you goal!!
