BACK TO LIFE: Back to bulking

I have not been around here too much lately, as I've been kind of up in the air with which way to take my training and the fact I've been working 3 jobs...

For the last couple of months I had been doing Animal Masses DFHT. I loved the results... I was cutting at the same time without doing any cardio and lost 20 something lbs... got nice and lean... Now that I'm relatively lean I don't see any point in it anymore.. Plateaus suck and you can't blow by them eating minimal ammounts of food...

So my plan is to bulk... I've already gained between 6-10 lbs back in a couple of weeks... My lowest BW was 176.. I'm now fluctuating between 182-186. My plan is to bulk up to 190 and eat like I should weigh 190 for a few months until I feel I'm solid enough to bulk up another 5 lbs... Hopefully this will be more productive than packing on 20-30 lbs, then trying to lose 15 of it 8 months down the road... I want this to be an ongoing bulking regime without cutting...

If anybody has any tips, I'd love to hear it. I know Louden has some tricks up his sleave I'd love to hear...

lookin good man. bulking is definately much funner then cutting cuz u set so many prs in the gym. i wish i had some tips to give ya but im still learning and dont wanna risk giving bad advice. im sure youll make great progress though, you seem to be a very dedicated guy.
 
i have been simi bulking since feb. and i have still managed to stay in the single digit b/f!! i dont go over board like most people do eating un healthy i stay healthy!

heres what my day looks like

breakfast-4 eggs 1 whole 3 white, 4 peices whole wheat bread, 3-4 tbsp pb, 2 tbsp jelly thats 860 cals fat-33 protein-50 carbs-80

lunch- 2tbsp pb, 2tbsp jelly.2 peices wheat bread, 6 slices deli turkey, 2 peices bread , 2 tbsp mayo cals 850 fat- 30 protein-40 carbs-78

mid day- protien shake- 2 bannanas, 2 scoops powder,8 grahm crackers, 2 granola bars, cals-920 fat-19 protein-56 carbs-121

dinner- what ever mom cooks

before bed- 3 tbsp pb, whole box chocolate ff sugar free pudding,2 scoops protein powder, 2 grahm crakers 880 cals fat-30, protein- 61, carbs-62

so thats it try it if you like it!! cals 4430 fat-112 pro. 247 carbs-341 thats w/ out dinner!

how much do you weigh? and how much weight have you gained. i like your diet. simple and easy, cept i like chicken breasts too much...i'd have to sub thos in...instead of turkey slices.
