Back Routine

Last one:

Weighted pull-ups (pronated grip) 3 sets x 6-8

DB rows: 2 sets x 6-8

Bent-over BB rows: 1 set x 6-8

DB curls: 2 sets 6-8

2 sets of hanging leg raises.
 
My workout is as follows:
wide grip pulldowns 4 x 10
close grip pulldowns 4 x 10
bent over rows 4 x 10
t- bar rows 4 x 10
hyperextensions 4 x 10
 
Weight pull ups [supsinated grip] 1 set to failure
Close grip [V bar] grip pull down 1 set to failure
DB row 1 set to failure
T bar row [supported] 1 set to failure.
 
im not strong enough to do them yet but i will occasionally do them with this machine we have that takes a percent of your body weight off ,i try that to get a bit stronger but i still have to take 50lbs off of my weight,one i can do them without assistance ill add them in for sure
 
3 sets 5 reps heavy deadlifts,
3 sets weighted chins
3 sets shrugs
3 sets rows, prefer t-bar
I also train shoulders on the same day and will add more sets if on gear.
 
Deadlifts (4 sets)
Bent over barbell rows (4 sets)
Pullups / Chins (4 sets total)

To anyone who thinks back routines are easy, get off the damn lat pull-down and row cable machines and use free weights.
