one of my friends recently asked me if i can make a workout that would help with his back problems. he's been to the doctors and they couldnt find out what is wrong with his back. however, im not exactly sure what exercise would help back problems. does anyone have any suggestions?
i found this online: Back Pain Exercises - Core Strengthening, Lower Back Stretching
its very helpful, but im not sure how many exercises i should tell him to do a week or how many exercises he should do a day. any advice? i dont want him to over do it.
