Back from the pet Emergency Room...MOJO may be dying!

hope it works out honey, pets are fur-babies and it's nearly as nerve wracking when something bad happens to them ... I have to say, dear, it's the first time I've ever been glad a kittie is such a lard-ass
They're still not as bad as bugs or flies.

Went to see MOJO earlier and bring him some treats....He is actually doing great and I can pick him up in the morning!
I saw the wound and it didn't look that bad. They shaved the area to clean it and apparently the Vet removed as much of the affected tissue for the culture. It didn't look nearly like the pics that I posted, but I think those are for the most part, cases that are let go too long before treatment, well some anyway. I talked to the idiot that was assuming I poisoned MOJO and he said they actually treat recluse bite to animals several times a year. Thats crazy shit.
These pet care facilities have a hell of a thing going on too. An extra nights stay just cost me more $ over the life span of another kitten.....Thats right, some kittens were abandoned 1 1/2 weeks ago, and of course MOJO made friends with one that was next door so we'll be bringing him home his own little "mojo babe".
