I seem to have most of my exercises down starting off this month using the 5x5 method but I can't seem to find the right exercises for back. Any suggestions?
Pull ups are King. No other exercise develops your back as well.
Deadlifts and bent over rows are #2 and #3.
Let me qualify this, though. Just because pullups are #1 does not mean they are superior to deadlifts. Deadlifts work their own magic... and you can't get the result from any other exercise.
Hence, a great back routine is based on deadlifts and the different forms of pullups.
