If that's what theyre called, can't remember exactly....
Just wanted to say for those with shoulder prob's.. I had pretty bad shoulder pain for a few months from weak rotators. I did the rotator cleans with 5lb DB's or plates like 3 times a week before lifting...And a month later they feel SOOOOOOOOOO much better. I think they really help heat those rotators up, and make them stronger.....
