I started the BFL back in November, but over the holidays kept getting sick and was unable to get to the gym as much as the program called for.
I believe that if this is your first go around at bbing, then it sets a platform. I think once you educate yourself more on all of the BBng principles you'll understand why I say it is a start.
It truly depends on what your total goals are.
I can tell you I never did the full 12 weeks only because as I got more into it I began to disagree with some of what the program was requiring.
I still make it to the gym 5 days a week and eat the 6 small meals mostly consisting of protein, but I've learned to train like an endomorph as opposed to BFL's one routine for everyone kinda thing.
It truly is a great place to start, but again, knowledge is pure power in this way of lifestyle
