I know this is a unusual question since most people wanna get asafp(as swolle as fucking possible)
Anyway im a grappler fighting a chronic back injury, ive done alot of research and have a good rehab routine going, but i wanna help my body heal in any way possible now.
Ive been on tb-500 for a few months now which may or may not have helped somewhat, ive def made progres during this time but it could be my rehab routine that has been modified and tweaked during this time.
Im planning on taking 200mcg of ghrp-2 and cjc no dac daily for 3months starting in a few weeks, i will keep doing tb-500 during this time also.
Currently i weigh around 73kg (160pounds) at 182cm (6feet)
I can accept some lean mass gain but i dont wanna get up to over 170-180 ish since people around me is def gonna start noticing my fast gains.
Right now i cant lift heavy weights so my strength training is mostly bw stuff like weighted dips and chins with alot of core stuff and single leg work like step ups etc.
Ive never done any aas before so im just wondering what i should expect from this?
Most friends i have who have done test etc have just swelled up like ballons even though they dont know shit about training.
Ive done alot of heavy compounds in the past so i consider myself an intermediate lifter, ive jst got very different goals nowadays.
Also i dont know if this helps but ive always had a hard time packing on weight, i deadlifted 500pounds at 180pounds before and i ate like a mofo trying to gain for a few years.
Since my back issues became worse i just lost most of my mass and focused on getting as light as possible while trying to maintain some strength and improve posture and core endurance etc.
